Dear LAVA Customers,
We wanted to provide you with an update about how we are handling the COVID-19 novel coronavirus outbreak. First and foremost, our number one priority is keeping our customers, our employees and their families safe.
We remain open for all online and in-phone ordering. Moreover, to facilitate online purchases, we launched our dedicated online store at www.lavalinkstore.com for consumer electronics and computing interfaces. You can browse through a vast of our powered USB-C adapters, Micro USB Host/OTG charge adapters, and serial, parallel cards. If you would like to purchase our commercial products, please visit our https://lavalink.com/lavasimulcharge website or for volume orders, message us at sales@lavalink.com or give us a call at +1 (416) 674-5942.
Our warehouse and production floor in Toronto, ON has increased safety precautions with hand sanitizing stations near all workspaces and counters. We are regularly cleaning and disinfecting all surfaces, as well as practicing social distancing in all office facilities. At this time, our offices are closed to the public for in-person orders until further notice.
We do not expect any components or adapters shortages as we increased our production rate to keep our warehouse fully stocked. Nonetheless, we highly encourage our clients to place volume purchase orders in advance to better plan our production schedule.
Due to increased precautions, we ask that you remain patient. You may experience slower than usual shipment times, processing times and customer service response times. If you have any questions regarding an order, please email us at sales@lavalink.com.
We are continuing to follow the Health Canada and World Health Organization guidelines and recommendations to prevent the spread of the virus. We have shared instructions with all employees on the importance of washing their hands regularly and staying home if they feel sick. Earlier this month, we suspended business travel and events, and those restrictions will remain in place for the foreseeable future.
We will continue to monitor the situation closely and do everything we can to keep our customers and employees healthy and safe.
Sincerely,
LAVA Team
