Our Leadership
& Advisors
LAVA takes pride in developing leaders at all levels of our organization.
Roman Wynnyckyj President and CEO
President and CEO
Roman Wynnyckyj is President and CEO of LAVA Computer Manufacturing Inc. and, he is also the founder of the company. LAVA grew out of a daring venture by Roman to build the “Orange” computer to compete with Apple. Apple’s legal challenge brought an end to a hard fought battle. Undaunted Roman uncovered other opportunities and made several technological breakthroughs while developing new products for LAVA. Roman is an entrepreneur with over 35 years of business experience but he is truly in his element when he is designing and engineering technological innovations.
Since its inception in 1984, LAVA has been guided by the principles that Roman used to build this company.
“Apply LAVA’s engineering expertise to create, innovate and evolve technology into high quality products that are valued by our customers.”
And that is what all LAVA employees strive to do each and every day.
Roman is an active volunteer and youth mentor through PLAST an association modelled after the Boy Scouts, and he is also a philanthropist supporting numerous Ukrainian-Canadian cultural associations.
