LAVA Serial Cards

Easy to install, LAVA’s serial cards offer a wide variety of advanced features. Available in multiple configurations and port options, our cards have either high speed 16550 UARTs capable of transfer rates up to 115.2 kbps, or ultra high speed 16550 UARTs with transfer rates up to 460.8 kbps.

Configurations also include RS-232 or RS-422 signaling. With LAVA Serial Cards you will attain full bandwidth ISDN or better throughput for data communication through your serial port. LAVA serial cards are ideal for Point-of-Sale systems on PC platforms.
