A voltage converter and USB hub for Samsung micro USB tablets, the nSTS-vc3U offers the ultimate configuration flexibility. Converting 9-36 volts of DC power and to a device-friendly 5 volts, it is ideal for automotive applications. Equally effective for installations that need to access power at a distance, voltage converter adapters can be placed up to 50ft (15m) away from the power supply. This means you will not require an electrician as the need for AC cable routing is eliminated. Leveraging our SimulCharge™ technology, this adapter provides simultaneous power and data in one solution. It also includes three USB-A ports for peripherals and our Docking Detect technology for added reliability. Docking Detect ensures that "greeting" protocols between your tablet and adapter are correctly executed every time they are connected.

- For auxiliary power, a USB charger/power supply with a Micro USB-B connector, such as the power supply provided with the mobile device. Any regulated 5-volt power supply capable of at least 2 amperes can be used.
